🚚WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY🚚

🔴Any item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

🔴To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

💸What about return shipping costs?

We cover the cost of returns in certain cases: if the product is defective and if the product received is not the one you ordered.

In all other cases, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

In order to respond to your request as quickly as possible, please complete the following information imperatively this information:

🔴A photo of the damaged packaging, a photo of the barcode (label with your name on it) and one (or more) photo(s) showing the damaged product. 

 

🛍My package is in good condition but I would like to return it :

✅Any return request must be justified. If you have received your order in good condition, and you wish to return it and be reimbursed, the return costs are at your expense.

✅The parcel arrived on time and in good condition, the products are not damaged but you have changed your mind and wish to return the product for a refund: you will be responsible for the costs.

✅The processing of your return will take up to 72 hours

 

🚀Can I exchange an item?

🔴Unfortunately, we do not exchange items. You can return your package for a refund and proceed with a new purchase.

✅You have 14 days after purchase to receive your money back.

Your claim must be justified

 🔴Many types of products do not qualify for the refund policy. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

❌Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

✅You can also get your money back if you've received the product you ordered and it doesn't meet your expectations or is damaged.

 🔴Refunds are possible under certain conditions:

✅Delivery costs are only refunded if the product is damaged. In all other cases, we do not refund delivery charges.
