What is our Returns Policy?

To obtain a refund of all sums paid, including delivery costs. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

If the request concerns an order that has arrived damaged?

Contact us via [email protected] whenever you like.
 

In order to respond to your request as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged packaging, a photo of the barcode (label with your name on it) and one or more photos showing the damaged product.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not exchange items. You can return your parcel for a refund and make a new purchase.

What about return shipping costs?

We will pay all sums paid, including delivery costs.

My parcel is in good condition but I would like to return it:

The parcel arrived on time and in good condition, the products are not damaged but you have changed your mind and wish to return the product for a refund: you can exercise your right of withdrawal and we will reimburse all sums paid, including delivery costs.

How long will it take to process my return?

Processing your return will take a maximum of 72 hours

Refund

Refunds are not possible for the following reasons:

Art. L. 221-28 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:

1o Supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of his right of withdrawal;
2o Supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the professional and likely to occur during the withdrawal period;
3o Supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
4o Supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
5o Supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
6o Supply of goods which, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
7o The supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose value agreed at the conclusion of the contract depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of the professional;
8o Maintenance or repair work to be carried out urgently at the consumer's home and expressly requested by the consumer, within the limit of spare parts and work strictly necessary to respond to the emergency;
9o Supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;
10o Supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts for these publications;
11o Concluded at a public auction;
12o Accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, catering or leisure activities to be provided on a specific date or at a specific time;
13o The supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, where performance has begun after the consumer has given his express prior consent and expressly waived his right of withdrawal. - C. consom., art. L. 121-21-8].

 

Do you refund delivery charges?

Delivery charges are only refunded if the product is damaged. In all other cases, we do not refund delivery charges.

How soon do we receive our refund?  

When the refund is made, it is credited to your account 48 hours later (depending on your bank).
