Contrary to some catastrophic reviews on the internet, I did receive my order (in 15/20 days), so I was very happy as I thought it was a scam. I also always received an answer to my questions. Nevertheless, to my great surprise I received the complete kit (arch, triangle and board) when I had only ordered the xxl triangle. At the time, I was pleased, but then I realized that the triangle was much smaller, so I'm disappointed on this point, as the children can't easily fit underneath it and it doesn't entirely meet my expectations.

My one-year-old twins are delighted, and it's just right for their age. My two older children, aged 3 and 5, are also enjoying it, and the arch will last for a few years! We were disappointed by the color of the wood: I was hoping for the same very light color as on the website photo, but the arch I received is much darker and striated. Visually, it looks very different. I wanted to use the arch in both directions to make a swing too, but it's uncomfortable and dangerous for little feet (risk of getting stuck) without a mattress to add, so I still have to look for something that might be suitable. In the opposite direction, however, big smiles are guaranteed. We also received the parcel very quickly after purchase.

I'm delighted with my purchase. My daughter hasn't tried it yet as it's for Christmas, but she loves climbing so I know she'll be happy. I had a bit of trouble assembling the triangle, making a mistake once with the direction of one of the large structural bars and once with the.triangle that folds the whole thing. The instructions are a bit simple, but it's manageable. The whole thing looks really solid, it's bulky but of good quality. I'm not worried about it breaking under my daughter's weight. And great customer service. The arch was missing a bar, which was sent back the next day and received the following week. Thanks again.

On the other hand, I almost didn't go through with my purchase because the site's aggressive policy of urging people to buy quickly bothered me a lot (especially the stock timer). Otherwise, shipping was fast, and the set arrived in good condition. The scotch tape used to attach the bars could be reviewed, as it leaves glue residues on the wood. The motricity set is mainly inspired by Emmi Pikler's pedagogy. However, her vision of motor skills was similar to that of Maria Montessori.
